Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without charge.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost.

This policy helps cover time reserved, travel, and preparation for mobile physiotherapy services.

Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of unexpected illness or emergencies. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
